Listen Labs Named to Forbes' 2026 AI 50

Featured in Forbes’ AI 50 for advancing AI-powered market research at scale.

Forbes named Listen Labs to its 2026 AI 50, an annual list of the most promising private AI companies. This year's list also includes Anthropic, Gamma, EliseAI, and Reflection, chosen from thousands of nominees through Forbes' nomination process, a screening model built by Sequoia Capital partner Konstantine Buhler, and a judging panel drawn from academia, research labs, and venture capital.

Most teams can only talk to a handful of customers before a decision has to get made, so the decision ends up resting on guesses more than on what customers actually think. We built an AI-powered research tool that holds hundreds of real conversations at once, asks follow-up questions, and turns every conversation into a searchable record. Microsoft, Anthropic, and Sweetgreen use the platform today, and it has now run more than a million interviews via real conversations.
